So last night I started to feel pretty sick, and this morning it was even worse. I took an hour shower and then headed over to the waterfront to soak in some cosmic rays and try to get my groove back. The lake was nice but I'm still feeling pretty under the weather. And now I'm a little sunburned.
But the waterfront was a ghost town. There was rarely a soul there, not even a lifeguard. So I headed up to the lifeguard chair and made it my own. For some reason there was a can opener up there. Most random thing I've seen in a while.
I hope I start feeling better soon, I'm expecting some calls to set up job interviews and I don't want my first impression to include coughing, wheezing, and hiding under a blanket.
Neither of us were strong
We fell.
Sometimes you don't know how dark it is
Until you see the light
We fell.
Sometimes you don't know how dark it is
Until you see the light
