Adding to the list of things that are in my bathroom but shouldn't be, the bunny was living in there last night and most of today. Turns out he's not a big fan of tile, though, so I started transitioning him to a life in my closet. I wish I could let him roam free, but there's two problems with that. One, he chews wires up when you're not looking. I don't want this to happen. Eventually I'll rabbit-proof all of my electronics, and make it so he can't get lost underneath my bed.
But the other problem is that Bacchus freaking loves this thing. As soon as he found out about the rabbit, he started stalking my bathroom door, and later my closet door. And since Bacchus can very easily open doors with his mouth, this is a huge problem. We did an experiment to see how they would react to each other. The bunny played it cool. Bacchus just about lost it. So they have to remain separated, lest we have another dog-chases-bunny-around-the-house-and-terrorizes-him experience.
Once was quite enough.
I'm longing for a return to form
Allowing us to fall back into grace
And be amazed
While cities fall
Allowing us to fall back into grace
And be amazed
While cities fall
Song: "Captivated" by Slow Coming Day. Emo/ indie rock. Heartfelt lyrics, and a huge climax.
